To Receive Credit
Pharmacist participants may earn ACPE-accredited CPE credit for each of these complimentary knowledge-based activities by completing the course in its entirety and submitting the activity enrollment code at www.nabp.pharmacy/claimcpe. Participants must also complete the online activity evaluation and pass the post-test with a score of 80% or higher within three attempts to receive CPE credit and for the credit to be recorded in CPE Monitor®. Note that the post-test questions in the CPE claim submission site are the same questions that are answered at the end of the Smiles for Life course.
Â
Participants are responsible for submitting their own CPE claims; neither NABP nor Smiles for Life will submit CPE credit claims on the participants’ behalf. If you do not submit your CPE claim within 60 days of the date you redeemed the enrollment code, you will be unable to receive credit, as this is the maximum amount of time allowed for providers to transmit CPE claims to ACPE. Overrides will not be provided to participants who do not complete all the steps in the claims process within the 60‑day window. Contact NABP CPE Program staff at [email protected] with any questions about claiming credit.
